I had the pleasure of sharing the airwaves with Arvid Hokanson, director of audience at KUOW and an original member of the KMIH Radio Club back in 1993! In the interview I got to learn how he and his team research listener behavior and tailor what content goes when in order to keep people listening more often and for longer. Arvid has worked at KUOW for 23 years as a talk show producer and even interim program director and chief content officer.
