Open to Explore Devotions

Welcome to the FBC Athens Podcast, Open to Explore Devotions. We are now in the fourth week of our Lenten journey, today being the 26th day of our pilgrimage to the cross. The devotion is given by Jamie Hogan; it is based on Jesus’ words in Matthew 25:31-46, and read today from the Common English Bible. Addison Aycock plays the tune Simple Gifts to begin the devotion. 

What is Open to Explore Devotions?

Open to Explore Devotions from FBC Athens offers seasonal podcasts for the Advent and Christmas season, and the Lent and Easter season each year. Men and women in our congregation prepare these sharing their experiences of life and faith. Special themed series are also offered during the year which have a scripture reference and brief reflection.
