About Tag Team (1991)

In the early 1980s, Jesse "The Body" Ventura got into acting and landed a role in a show about a former wrestler turned cop. Ventura needed someone who really knew wrestling, so he enlisted Rowdy Roddy Piper after he showed interest and the show was turned into a buddy cop comedy, Tag Team. Only one episode was produced and burned off as a TV movie after the production companies sued each other and the show got caught in the middle.
