We sit down with the #1 Father in CrossFit, 3 Children who have qualified for the CrossFit Games, 4 Children who qualified for Semifinals, 3 College Football Players and one College Basketball player. This father of six is grounded in his faith and when times get tough he goes to church for the peace. He is also a tough nosed Yinzer who loves his Pittsburgh Roots and even though living in Cleveland now will always say he is from the Burgh.
