This episode we welcome back Matty Lansdown and tackle the controversial topic of meat vs. no meat, debunking myths from the 2024 Netflix documentary 'You Are What You Eat: A Twin Experiment.'

Matty's background spans working in a nutritional epigenetics lab with elite athletes, to researching molecular biology and diseases in hospitals. His mission is to help people gain control over their eating habits without feeling restricted or deprived. As an international speaker and host of the top-rated podcast ‘How to Not Get Sick and Die’ Matty breaks down the emotional aspects of eating and helps establish lasting habits. When not talking about all things nutrition and behaviour change, Matty enjoys barefoot walks in nature, skydiving, and relaxing with massages and float tanks.
