Al shared with us the breadth of product offerings of his marketing company. Mosaic specializes in at least six areas of marketing, from digital marketing, print marketing, mail service, signage, digital signage, and nonprofit marketing. However, the thrust of the show centered around the leadership ability of Al Canosa as an owner/manager. A former CEO and Director of Raytech Corporation, (New York Stock Exchange Company) and international leader in vehicular powered transmission applications. Al leads Raytech to a pretax earnings growth of 17% per year for 13 years straight.
In 2004 Al "kind of” retired but went on to change a printing company, he invested in the early '90s into a major marketing company which is now called Mosaic Marketing. Al gave us great strategies on how to work with clients, vendors, and employees. Al shared with us his major strategies of success that every business owner can employ in their business to create a favorable employee culture, increase client development, be profitable, and enjoy life as a business owner.
