Whenever we hear the phrase “tribal knowledge” or “the Norms”, it is associated with negativity, for example, dishonest maintenance practices or wrongdoing. This is not necessarily the case; tribal knowledge can be the passing down of vital knowledge from a group of mechanics to others.
