What is Security in the High North - Mighty Finland in English?
The english side of the Mighty Finland Podcast, a podcast on all things military from the High North.
We are Finnish reservists and veterans and want to understand the world of defence & security, so we speak to different experts and ask them to explain the world as they see it!
In Finland we have a great military culture, which we like to advocate. Built from a long history and traditions, coupled with our conscription, where every male has to serve and that we never went down the GWOT rabbit hole and always focused on Russia. We trust our system and our ability to defend ourselves. Of 5,5 million people, almost 1 million have had military training of 6 to 12 months and are in the reserves.
