PROSPER

Adam Bird is a former Sergeant of the United States Army National Guard, entrepreneur, hero advocate, and the founder of Heroes Media Group - a digital media, branding, and publishing platform committed to providing a voice for heroes and those who support them.

Today Adam shares his story of transitioning out of the Army and running his company. He has fantastic insights into how to reside with less stress and avoid the “dark places” and shares some of the tips, tools, and strategies he uses and recommends.

Adam enhances the importance of a good timeline, pre-preparing, and figuring out all the details, and says that a transition plan should be as well thought out and detailed as an OPORD in the Army. This episode discusses the best time to start planning for your ETS date, where to go and what to think about when making your plans, and why asking for help to get unstuck can be incredibly beneficial.
