Kiesha King-Brown is an Executive Vice President of AI strategy for enterprise retail & eCommerce at Salesmaster.ai and the COO for Pillar Five. Kiesha shares her passion for using AI to maximize growth while still focusing on the customer's needs. She gives us insight into the AI industry and says that while AI can help humanity, its use also has potential downsides. Kiesha shares her career journey from being an independent girl to a district manager with a passion for growth solutions to working for an AI company where all her interests and knowledge are highlighted. She says that AI is growing quickly and can help people a lot but emphasizes that the key to success is the combination of data and human expertise.
