This Tangent Tank dives into the world of Proptech companies tackling the housing affordability and supply crisis. 1.8 billion people around the world do not have adequate housing, and 150 million more are living in homelessness. Housing affordability reached an all time historic low in the US as over 10 million renters spend over 50% of their income on housing.
