Seen@Work the Podcast

Brendon Jobs (he/him) is currently the Director of Diversity and Inclusion for the Haverford School for Boys, a K-12 all-boys school located in Philadelphia, PA. In addition to serving the students and employees of the school as a diversity and inclusion professional, Brendon also teaches a class on Modern Black Lives as a member of the Upper School Faculty. Brendon and Natalia chatted the day after George Floyd was murdered. They chatted with heavy hearts and the conversation naturally centered around what advocates of diversity and inclusion can do in this moment given the current state of Black life in America and given the surrounding context of the pandemic. He shares quite a few resources that have been gathered here and on our website where you can also find Brendon's full bio, at seenatwork.com/podcast.  For many of us in the diversity and inclusion space, this time has been both personally and professionally taxing. Brendon's reflective and thoughtful energy shines through this podcast in full force. Hopefully, it will give you both the pause and the fuel to keep going. #seenatworkInstagram: @seenatworkllcTwitter: @seenatworkllcWebsite: seenatwork.com/podcasts
