After news broke that an alleged scam syndicate in Cambodia involved a former ACS (Independent) student, the ACS Old Boys’ Association (OBA) issued a letter expressing concern that the school’s name was mentioned, sparking debate. Elsewhere, a ground-up movement in Clementi rewarded people who catch rats with up to $100.
