Godfather of the slow movement Carl Honore recently joined the podcast and in this bite size episode he answers the Performance Uncovered questions. In a perhaps not so shocking move for the journalist and author Carl comes out swinging with some deep answers to the most simple questions and expands on why he loves the use of words so much.
He also has a surprising method of getting himself ready for big moments that involves his love of playing hockey, and admits to replaying games in his mind and mimicking the movements right before he goes on stage.
