Show Notes

As broadcast August 20, 2021 with a record amount of legroom for podcast flyers.  Tonight we welcomed a fantastic horn player from Tel Aviv to take over the playlist in our 2nd hour tonight.  Sefi Zisling is a veteran jazz & funk artist out of Israel's largest city who has been a long-time fixture of the vibrant scene there.  He played a list of favorites for the playlist while talking about remaking Alice Russell's "Heartbreaker," along with what it's like to work in the studio with his wife and rather famous sister, and the background of the tunes he loves.  A great conversation with an outstanding artist with some choice selects.  Do not miss!
