KMOJ's Community Viewpoint

Conclusion: Grief in our Communities
 Final Episode Conclusion
As we close out this series on grief, we reflect on the expectations placed on us, the reality of loss, and the life-changing impact that follows. Grief is not a moment—it’s a journey. It arrives suddenly, without warning, and becomes something we carry as life keeps moving.
In this final episode, we sat with a guest who is still in the thick of grieving, reminding us that healing isn’t instant, and it isn’t linear. Together, we explored the causes and effects of grief, the ways it reshapes our daily lives, and the tools we can use to manage it while still pressing forward.
We hope that this conversation leaves you with comfort, perspective, and strength. For anyone suffering in silence, know this: you are not alone. Sharing our stories opens doors to healing and offers reminders that there are ways to live beyond the impact.
This series has been dedicated to being an outlet—an offering of wisdom, love, and community. If just one person feels less isolated in their grief because of these conversations, then our mission has been fulfilled.
