Swimming with Sharks: the Sale Sharks podcast

Episode one of Swimming with Sharks is all about leadership and culture as host Mark Chapman chats to Sharks Director of Rugby Alex Sanderson and England and Sale flanker Tom Curry, who became the youngest man to captain England since 1988 when he led the team against Scotland last year.

Mark, Alex and Tom explore what makes a good leader on and off the pitch, what intentional communication is, how the Sharks coaches force failure in training and why it's a privilege to represent Sale Sharks and see the impact the club and the team makes off the field in the North West.

We'll also get to know Sharks winger Tom Roebuck (with a little bit of help from Joe Carpenter).
