On today’s Real Estate Finder Podcast, Matthew Maschler and and Jill Glanzer talk about LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACTS.

A contract is a legally enforceable exchange of promises.  When a Buyer makes an offer on a property, once signed by the Seller a Contract is formed.  That Contract is legally enforceable.  Unless a provision allows for cancellation (like the inspection period) the Contract is binding.  Can a Seller just cancel the contract?  And what do you do if he tries?
