Permission to Love Yourself

Welcome to the first episode of Permission to Love Yourself!

In this episode, I'm sharing my raw, personal testimony on how God led me to be a Self Love & Confidence coach - how it started, and how it's going.

We're talking how I struggled with fear of being alone, social anxiety, lack of confidence, lack of self worth, self forgiveness, mom guilt, chronic people pleasing - the way it affected me and why I decided to give myself permission to learn how to love myself.

I pray this episode allows you to understand that you are absolutely not alone in your struggles, and that there is a path forward.

With love, Jolanna

What is Permission to Love Yourself ?

Are you a mom who feels like you’re not allowed to take time for yourself? Do you find yourself stuck in toxic relationships, friendships, or situationships just because you don’t want to hurt anyone's feelings? And when you finally escape, does the exact same cycle repeat itself with a different person?

If saying "no" feels like a curse word, you are not alone. Maybe you desperately want to please the people you love—doing things they didn't even ask for out of the kindness of your heart—only to feel upset when they aren't grateful. Or maybe you struggle to see your own value, accepting a life of purely serving others while secretly knowing deep down that something is missing.

Welcome to Permission to Love Yourself—the safe space where you can hang up your superwoman cape and just be a woman. Not a mom, a wife, or a CEO. Just you.

As a Self-Love and Confidence Coach, I guide women on their journey toward loving the woman God created them to be. I know exactly how you feel because I lived it. I went from being terrified of being alone, battling chronic people-pleasing, and fearing I'd only ever amount to throwing boxes for a living, to falling in love with my solitude, setting boundaries, and discovering my true purpose.

This podcast is your invitation to dig deep into who you are. Follow along to learn how to pour into yourself without the mom guilt, master the art of saying "no," find your authenticity, and confidently walk away from toxic situations.
