Show Notes
Earlier this month, Yazoo Brewing and Embrace the Funk held its annual Funk Fest. It was a return to somewhat normalcy filled with small pours, familiar faces, and a sense of camaraderie. Amid the socially distanced crowd was Chris Cates. He’s the co-founder and head brewer of
Little Animals Brewery in Tennessee. He has a great story and perspective and he will share his story on this episode.
Amid the happiness and revelry at the festival, there was also worry about supply chains and ingredient shortages, labor issues and increased competition. One topic that kept coming up was about cans, and so the show reaches out to John Henfer at Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry Co. for an update on the industry.
