What is Crew Rest Podcast?

Crew Rest is a guaranteed 8-hour rest period given to specific Navy Airmen/women. As hosted by two retired Airmen, we want to discuss how we like to Crew Rest, but also bring in cool guests to discuss what good they are bringing to their communities and how they are helping their communities rest and recharge. And at the same time, share stories, listen to people, chat about random things, and hopefully provide you, the listener, with a good time.
