Pamela Wright, Dean of Social Justice, and Javier Espinoza, Community Partnership Program Head, describe how their department is working to embed social justice into the heart of a Marlborough education, supporting students on the path to awareness, empathy and activism. Tune in to hear more about the range of programs and opportunities that their department offers, including the Capstone in Social Justice and a new anti-racist discussion group this summer for white students who want to learn to become better allies. Dr. Catherine Atwell, Dean of Student Research, talks with members of the Marlborough community to learn about how they've been coping - and sometimes not coping - with the pandemic. And in the process, we learn about the creative ways teachers and students are learning together, at a distance.
