Filloreta, born in Kosovo, faced the hardships of war that upended her life and her family's fortunes, forcing them to leave everything behind and seek refuge in the United States in 1999. Arriving with limited knowledge of English and no familiar faces, Filloreta's determination propelled her to overcome adversity. She worked tirelessly to put herself through college while holding various restaurant jobs, not only supporting herself but also providing for her parents and siblings. Her relentless pursuit of success and refusal to accept defeat have always defined her journey.
Over the years, Filloreta's career led her to manage numerous restaurants and collaborate with diverse teams. Her professional journey took an exciting turn when she joined Art Van Furniture, where she distinguished herself as the top sales associate. However, Filloreta hungered for more, aspiring to help her clients find not just furniture but their dream homes. Even before obtaining her real estate license, she ventured into the world of real estate investing, building a portfolio of rental properties. Filloreta's enduring passion for real estate has been a driving force throughout her life.
