Just finished The Last Dance on Netflix. It is about the Chicago Bulls 1998 run for a 6th NBA championship. What jumped out at me was the amount of off-the-court work and focus required of even the greatest player of all time in order to achieve his goals.
We can learn a lot from No. 23, including putting in the work. In this podcast we talk about the drudgery required to improve and also about some specific steps you can take to elevate your game - if that is your thing.
