The Anchor Point Podcast

Today on the show, we have a chat with Kyoul Cha from Firefighter Fit Endurance!

Show Notes

Ladies and gentlemen, today on the show, I have Kyoul Cha - This dude is one hell of a firefighter, mentor, and athlete!

He has been fighting fire since 2004 with Globe IHC and Payson Helitack. Soon after that, he got into the world of Spartan racing in 2015 through2018...

After his stint with Spartan, he decided to pay it forward by creating his own insanity fueled endurance program with Firefighter Fit Endurance!

Kyoul Says:

"FirefighterFit Endurance was created to address the physical fitness
disconnect found inbetween physical fitness testing and real world
application in the field of wildland fire and other first responder
fields. Secondary objectives are: To teach leadership and teamwork to
corporate and public entities, and to bridge the gap of understandeing
between the general public and wildland fire by offering the public
some of the experiences and hardships that wildland firefighters
endure through the use of endurance-style events; To provide a place
where retired firefighters and off duty firefighters can find
meaningful work and purpose in a related field to fill the absence of
firefighting."

Pretty fricken awesome!
