The Marathon des Sables is known as one of the toughest footraces in the world for good reason.

It is both a supreme physical and mental battle, but creates experiences that last a lifetime.

Drew Jonkmans is back in the island after conquering the heat, exhaustion, injury, blisters and kit malfunctions in the Moroccan Sahara while raising money for Guernsey Mind.
