Show Notes
Welcome to today's YouTube For Realtors WALK AND TALK #52 - I have so many things going through my head every day about YouTube for Realtors that I just want to get it all out! I get asked so many questions everyday and coach so many agents it's time to answer all of those in depth, on my walk to the gym!
In todays episode I do a deep dive into If I Started a New YouTube Channel for Real Estate I Would do This 1 THING. If I were to start a brand new YouTube channel. Today I know exactly how I would go about it. I know exactly what videos I would shoot, topics I'd focus on. I know where I would go, what I would say and do. We're going to discuss on how you can really get a ton of content out quickly, what you should be doing if your YouTube channel is already progressing, the leads or deals from it. What you should really be focusing on, or if you're kind of new at it. The videos and the styles that you should be focusing on. To really grow a successful channel. We've had a lot of walk and talks about indicators, analytics and average view and today is going to be more about what I'm looking for in a channel of video type and each different market is different too, it is depending on where you're at it could be a totally different video. Starting a new YouTube channel you have to go in understanding that you are the number one place for people to go to for relocating to your city. If you do what I do and you separate yourself, you tell your stories and you talk about if you have kids(If you don't have kids). If you got furry furry kids and or don't have furry kids or you whatever you'd like to do. When you sit there and talked about your hobbies, maybe about gardening, animal rescue stuff when you say that **** on video, that's what separates you from everybody else. That is why it doesn't matter if there's other people out there. They're just trying to find somebody that they relate to, the connection. You have to get your ATV's up. That is the number one kicker to YouTube. That's how you start getting recommended and suggested more as you have to keep people's attention. So shoot those good long videos, incorporate stories, throw in a little bit of a you know controversial content information in there, get people arise, get those comments going. And that's how you will really grow your real estate YouTube channel. Attract your ideal clientele and build you a brand for life. There was a never ending story here and you will not miss it for fun!

Hosted by Jackson Wilkey and Jesse Dau, founders of Channel Junkies, you’ll get tactical breakdowns on video hooks and titles, first‑30‑seconds retention, thumbnails, upload cadence, and analytics that actually matter. We go deep on the back end too: speed‑to‑lead, follow‑up SOPs, show‑rate fixes, and simple systems so you stop dropping YouTube leads on the floor and start closing more buyers and sellers.
No fluff, no generic “social media tips.” Just real case studies, hot‑seat audits, and step‑by‑step playbooks from agents doing 6–7 figures in GCI from their channels. New episodes weekly.
