Generally, the recommended internet speed for live streaming (480p standard definition) should be at least 3 Mbps. The minimum download speed also varies between streaming services. You may need a higher speed if multiple devices are connected to the internet at the same time.Recommended audio bitrate is up to 128 kbps. Maximum resolution is 1080p, with 60 frames reproduced per second. Aim for an upload speed of 6 to 7 Mbps (although Facebook limits most accounts to 720p resolution).
