Grab A Fork: A Conversation About Busyness

Busyness it not the enemy. Even Jesus was busy. Instead of feeling stuck in busyness, Ashlea Ruff invites us to evaluate how we spend our time, highlight the right priorities, and even welcome opportunities God brings into our day that we didn’t expect. She lives this out in her own life and makes it feel possible for us too!

What is Encouraged & Equipped?

Encouraged & Equipped is a podcast featuring women of Christ Chapel Bible Church. They share stories from their lives to encourage and equip women to love Jesus and live out His Word. In each episode they talk about how an everyday issue is met with the hope and wisdom of Jesus. Join our conversation -- and invite a friend.
