Known as the headwaters states, the health of United States water supply starts in Colorado. While many people think of Colorado as a snowy place, skiers are actually recreating on the state's largest reservoir. Becky Mitchell, director of the Colorado Water Conservation Board, works to preserve and improve this natural resource that serves more than 40-million people.
