Even the most experienced senior designers can find themselves lost in a myriad of complexities. That’s why I’ve outlined a fundamental approach to cross-platform design — one that has helped me navigate all the intricacies of designing for large screens in WhatsApp. The best designs are invisible; they seamlessly guide the user through the experience without drawing too much attention.
