As broadcast April 17, 2020. This week was a very special presentation with a guest artist who is pretty much one of our favorite people ever, which would be veteran DJ & tastemaker Harmeet Kala. We met Harmeet way back when at The Ohio State University's student radio station, The Underground or KBUX, and even after all these years Danno & Harmeet just love talking tunes & the experience of audio magic. Harmeet joined us via phone from LA to take over the 2nd hour playlist with cuts from Snoh Aalegra, Matthew Halsall, and Don Cherry amongst other worthies. We also discussed fanboy experiences, the disappointment of not getting the album version at a live show, and his dear friend Otis Styles, who he's also still tight with after all these years.
