Winter Park Outlook guest speaker Sam Monger, head of Place-Based Impact Investing at the Good Economy in London, will offer thought leadership and a different lens of how to reimagine existing development to improve an upscale and established city such as Winter Park while simultaneously preparing for future challenges including attainable housing. Winter Park Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Betsy Gardner and Winter Park Mayor Sheila DeCiccio will speak about their roles as leaders of the community, their vision for how collaborative solutions could work and what role each sector can play.
