The Brain makes an average of 35,000 decision each and everyday.  As with our muscles exhausting after a long cardio workout, our brain is also a muscle that becomes exhausted.  As we become fatigued by decision-making, our self-control guard is down, and we are more likely to making impulsive decisions that are not necessarily the right choice.  Sometimes this may not be the wrong choice, but it could just be the safe choice. How can we avoid decision fatigue and allow ourselves the best opportunity to make the best decisions towards accomplishing our goals and finding fulfillment?
