This and That - Cover to Cover

Most every contract, covenant, and commitment follows the same pattern. You do “this”; I'll do “that”. It sounds simple, but because we've dissed “this” and fall flat on “that”, now it takes legions of lawyers and large lumps of money just to secure “this and that”.
