As well as the usual discussion on the current films we've enjoyed and hated, we also find time to discuss the merits of such titles as Tomb Raider, The Matrix: Reloaded, Kill Bill Vol I, 28 Days Later, The Hulk and Finding Nemo. Aaaaah 2003, you were a good un.
We figured what better time than now to hop in a time machine and see what films were rocking our world exactly a decade ago. X2, The Hulk, Tomb Raider and the original Pirates of the Caribbean are some of the titles picked apart in the first part of the podcast.
In part two we look back on the month that just was with discussion of Frances Ha, The World’s End, Pacific Rim, The Wolverine, The Act of Killing and Life’s a Breeze.
Then finally in part three we chat about Spike Lee’s kickstarter and preview August with a focus on Upstream Color and Alan Partridge’s return to the big screen in Alpha Papa.
