More About Our Guest: Meg Tibbs is Vice President of Operations for Dominium. Tibbs is responsible for driving strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency while ensuring high-quality property management through policy, procedure, training and communication. She is also responsible for leading a team of property management operations specialists focused on training, site support and project management.
 
Tibbs joined Dominium in 2007 and has held a variety of site and corporate roles as she advanced her career, including Concierge, Leasing Consultant, Assistant Community Manager, Multi-Site Community Manager, Operations Training Specialist, and Director of Operations. She has experience and expertise in tax-credit and market-rate properties, as well as historic rehabilitation communities. She’s also led critical initiatives to streamline and simplify the company’s resident application along with other site processes.
