God has called us to live an intentional life of mission and purpose. In 1 Corinthians we see Paul chooses to lay down his financial, religious, and cultural rights – making himself a SLAVE to people he is not indebted to – so they might see the love of Christ through him. As we lay down our preferences, we help others receive their inheritance.
