Nick Deane has owned three of his own agencies starting with Decoder fifteen years ago. With a talented team of twenty-eight passionate staff he created the full-service-agency which he named Nick-Did-This.

Recently, though, Nick has transformed his agency and renamed it Wonderkarma. It’s a new name from the same founder with the same team. So, what’s changed?
