A SUPER SLEEPY Countdown From 100 To 0 To Help You Fall Asleep (More Effective Than Counting Sheep!)

The title, I think, says it all! 

In this video (over whose script I toiled for weeks!), I count down from 100 to 0 in a super SLEEPY tone of voice. 

My prediction is that you won’t make it past 75.
