Join The Journey

As David is remembering God's salvation for His people, Israel, he is also praising God as the One whose power and glory are over all authorities. Lauren Atkinson teaches us that we can never overstate the truth of God's kept promises. Take time today to reflect on your own salvation and remind yourself to look to Jesus " the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God."

Additional Scripture referenced in today's episode:
Ephesians 2:1, "And you were dead in the trespasses and sins"
Ephesians 2:8, "For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast."
Hebrews 12:2, " Looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God."
