The Propel Podcast

In this presentation, Dr. Tim Madding explores what it takes to move a church from simply running programs to intentionally making disciples. He presents a practical framework for creating a clear discipleship pathway that helps people grow from first-time guests to mature believers who are equipped to disciple others.

Rather than measuring success by attendance or events, he challenges church leaders to evaluate everything they do through the lens of the Great Commission.

Throughout the session, Tim shares practical examples of how ministries, worship services, small groups, and church systems can all work together to move people toward spiritual maturity. His message is both strategic and deeply biblical, offering a roadmap that churches of any size can begin implementing.
