मूल्यवत् उपायनम्

कदाचित् राष्ट्रपतिना अब्दुलकलाममहोदयेन कस्मिंश्चित् समारम्भे अध्यक्षस्थानं वोढव्यम् आसीत् । तस्य भाषणस्य अनुवादः गुरुराजकरजगिवर्यस्य । तेन रुदन्ती लघुबालिका दृष्टा । कारणे पृष्टे तस्याः पितरौ उक्तवन्तौ यत् 'कलाममहोदयेन भाषणं कर्तुम् एतस्याः इच्छा अस्ति' इति । अध्यक्षभाषणसमाप्तेः अनन्तरं गुरुराजवर्यः कलाममहोदयं लघुबालिकायाः इच्छाम् अवदत् । अनुक्षणमेव एकम् आरक्षकम् आहूय बालिकाम् आनेतुम् अवदत् । कलाममहोदयः ताम् अङ्के उपवेश्य खाद्यानि दत्त्वा, एकस्मिन् कागदे स्वस्य हस्ताङ्कनं कृत्वा अयच्छत् ।

Once, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam was presiding over a public event as the chief guest. His speech was being translated by Shri Gururaj Karajagi. During the program, Gururaj noticed a little girl crying. When asked, her parents explained that she deeply wished to speak to Dr. Kalam. After the speech concluded, Gururaj conveyed the girl's heartfelt desire to Dr. Kalam. Without hesitation, Kalam called a security officer and asked him to bring the girl forward. He lovingly seated her on his lap, offered her some snacks, and gifted her a signed note on paper. This touching moment reflected Kalam’s humility and his deep affection for children’s dreams.

सम्भाषणसन्देशः इति संस्कृतमासिकपत्रिका (https://sambhashanasandesha.in) । एतस्यां पत्रिकायां प्रकाशिताः लेखाः, कथाः, बालकथाः, वार्ताः इत्यादिकं सर्वम् अपि सरलसंस्कृतेन एव प्रकाश्यते । तत्रत्याः “बालमोदिनी”नामिकाः बालकथाः अत्र प्रसार्यन्ते । अतः अस्याः शृङ्खलायाः नाम अपि “बालमोदिनी” एव । लघु गात्रं, सरला भाषा च कथानां विशेषः । प्रत्येकं कथा काञ्चित् नीतिं बोधयति । बालकथाः आबालवृद्धं सर्वेषां प्रियाः । संस्कृतेन ताः श्रोतुम् उपलब्धाः भवन्तु इति एषः प्रयत्नः श्रोतृभ्यः अवश्यं रोचेत इति विश्वासः । संस्कृतक्षेत्रे संस्कृतेन पॉड्कास्ट् क्रियमाणाः एताः प्रप्रथमाः कथाः इति सगौरवम् उद्घोष्यते ।
