You are ready to be a mentor, Congratulations! But one problem... you are unsure of what to look for in a mentee or trainee that may lend way to a successful relationship. You may be wondering, how do you know when you found someone who will make the perfect student to share your knowledge with?
You can start by looking for these traits in your future mentee.
Traits of people that make good mentees
- Willing to put the time in
- Know what they don't know
- Actively listens
- Has other mentors
- Different from you
- They have something to offer
