This week, former three-time all-American soccer player from LaSalle University, and currently a reporter and analyst with ESPN, Renee Washington, joins Will Gates and Arthur Agee to talk about her Hoop Dreams origin story on the Podcast. At LaSalle she led the soccer team to four NCAA tournament appearances before going on to receive her Masters in Education from Lehigh University. She is also the founder of Planted Not Buried, an organization built to empower young athletes, students and entrepreneurs. The guys dive into Renee’s origin story, talk about her family and their influence on her, hear about some of her goals in life, and learn just how competitive this “Jersey Girl” is whether its’ Spades, Monopoly or Air Hockey, you don’t want to mess with her.
