David Urbach is a bariatric surgeon and health services research at Women's College Hospital in Toronto, Ontario. We had a wide ranging discussion with him where we talked checklist, the impact of the word "cancer" on patient decision-making, wait-times in Canada in the face of COVID, and medical devices in surgery.
