There is nothing better than working with qualified professionals in a real estate transaction.  When the other agent is communicating and knowledgable, when the title agency is reputable and when the lender is involved this job is kind of fun.  

But when the other agent is not around (maybe they work a day shift somewhere else) or the other parties involved in a real estate transaction are flaky, it makes us want to pull our hair out.
