He predicts automation will increase but human-to-human connection must remain central to outbound success, with AI serving as an assistant rather than replacement. Viraj's advice: master the fundamentals first - learn infrastructure setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) manually, understand how systems work, practice basic list building with Apollo, then graduate to Clay and advanced automation - strategy before tooling always.
