Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith is a medical doctor, wife, and mother to two boys. As a busy working mom, she struggled with the busyness that came along with the blessings. “A lot of the things that were giving me the most pressure were blessings I’d prayed for… my marriage, my kids, my career. They definitely weren’t things I was going to give up, so it was a matter of looking at how can I find rest in the midst of all this busyness. Because the busyness from the blessings wasn’t going away.” Using her unique perspective as a medical doctor, she researched rest and how we can connect with God’s plan for rest.
