Pray for BOB

On this week’s episode of The Cutting Floor Podcast, Grow Pastor Drew Humphrey encourages us to open our eyes to the people God places around us and recognize opportunities to minister to them. Drew emphasizes that prayer prepares us for these moments, sharing the “Pray for BOB” tool (Burden, Opportunity, Boldness) and offering practical ways to discern when and how God may be calling us to step into a conversation.

What is The Cutting Floor?

The Cutting Floor is a resource from Highland Baptist Church in Waco, Texas. Each week, Pastor John Durham or any other preacher will share a few thoughts that didn't make the cut for the sake of time in their sermon on Sunday.
